- Mrs. Strozier was born in Little Rock, Arkansas. Raised in Tucson, AZ, Mrs. Strozier received a Bachelor's degree in Family Studies from the University of Arizona in 1995. After graduation Mrs. Strozier went on to obtain a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University. Mrs. Strozier is a state certified K-8 teacher, principal and reading specialist. Continuing her love of learning, she is currently pursuing a doctorate in Educational Leadership with a specialization in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Phoenix. After teaching in various charter schools and district schools Mrs. Strozier and her husband Kelvin started Arizona Academy of Leadership (AAL) on the south side of Tucson, AZ in 2007. AAL has since expanded to 3 Tucson locations and and additional site in Phoenix, AZ (Sun Valley Charter School.com). Mrs. Strozier is the proud mother of five children.
